At present, GWQC has four modern production facilities. These factories Produce solid manganese castings and forgings, value added machining and Finally turnout production and assembly. GWQC′s modern manufacturing plants Encompass 210, 000 square meters under roof. In addition to our manufacturing, We offer a full R&D center that provides solutions and support to our customers.
GWQC is equipped with 79 units of large-scale processing equipments And more than 300 units of small and medium size manufacturing equipments. GWQC′s manufacturing facilities incorporate the latest technology and methods Which ensure that our products are produced at the highest quality and deliveredOn-time to our customers across the globe.
GWQC′s current annual production is 5, 000 turnouts, 18, 000 switch rails, 8, 000 solid manganese steel frogs and over 30, 000 tons of accessories.
